You will be able to modify your choice of activity among the culinary experience, golf, or whale-watching cruise until August 1. After this date, no changes will be possible.

Registration fee refunds for the rooms
As of July 21st, early bird rates (for the rooms) will no longer apply, and any room cancellations will be automatically charged.

In the event of the cancellation of the QPMA Congress, registration fees will be fully refunded.
Refund for your registration - 3-Day Package:
All requests for cancellation must be in writing. There is a $150.00 processing fee
per registrant for cancellations received 30 days before the start of the Event. No
refunds will be issued after this time.
Refund for your registration - "À la carte" Package:
No Refunds will be issued.
