You will be able to modify your choice of activity among the culinary experience, golf, or whale-watching cruise until August 1. After this date, no changes will be possible.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellation requests for the event must be submitted in writing to the Convention registration service using our question form.
Registration fee refunds for the rooms
As of July 21st, early bird rates (for the rooms) will no longer apply, and any room cancellations will be automatically charged.

In the event of the cancellation of the QPMA Congress, registration fees will be fully refunded.
Refund for your registration - 3-Day Package:
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. A processing fee of $150 per registered participant applies to cancellation requests received 30 days before the start of the event, no later than July 21, 2026. No refunds will be granted thereafter.
This deadline applies to all registrations, including one-day packages.
Refund for your registration - "À la carte" Package:
No Refunds will be issued.
